Every government hope to protect environments and economy still grows. How to sustainable growth is most important issue now. Analysis model can help decision maker to analysis policy effect. U.S. Department of energy had build energy analysis model- EnergyPlus to simulate buildings energy saving measures. This project will cooperate with BNL of DOE, building Taiwan EnergyPlus model. This project also use that model to analysis CO2 mitigations measures effect in low carbon city, and hold model training course for EPA and other researchers.
